Students who need to use the elevator due to injury or surgery should report to the nurse upon arrival at school. A doctor’s note stating necessary accommodations should accompany the child. Any student that needs doctor recommended accommodations (crutches, wheelchair, cast, etc.) must provide appropriate medical documentation directly to the school nurse. Depending upon the accommodation necessary, they also may not be able to ride the regular school bus. Alternate transportation can be arranged with the school nurse.
The nurse will notify guidance and teachers of any modifications needed for the school day.
